• Bonus Abuse — collecting bonuses across multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack another user's account
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in the 77jaja system
• Using a third-party payment method (bKash/Nagad registered under someone else's name)

77jaja reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or fraudulent information during KYC verification
• Extended account inactivity (12 months+)
• In compliance with a court order or legal directive
• Temporary suspension due to system maintenance or security threats

Users may request account closure at any time. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed. You may request to reopen a closed account, though 77jaja retains the sole right to approve or decline such requests.

Inactive accounts (no transactions for over 12 months) may be subject to a ৳100 monthly inactivity fee; charges stop once the balance reaches zero.
